Workshop for children between 9 and 14 years of age in the Kulturni inkubator, Maribor

Let’s make and program a robotic vehicle! Children choose their own vehicle and object design or assemble LEGO Mechanics cubes based on their own inspiration. To make the space experience more authentic, robotic vehicles will move and perform tasks based on what was developed for the First LEGO League competition.

Scientific and technological advances in recent decades have enabled us to better understand space today and the obstacles that await us when traveling to other planets. Throughout history, humanity has overcome the limits of its physical and mental abilities. Like science and technology, a great deal of creativity and creativity has contributed to the conquest of space. Throughout history, artistic and visionary creations have inspired scientists to design spacecraft that transported the first man into vast space.

Using LEGO Mechanics cubes and a great deal of artistic inspiration, participants will create objects related to space. With the professional help of mentors, they will program the robotic vehicle so that it will automatically perform the tasks that the children will imagine.
