Stefan Doepner, born in 1966 in Bremen (Germany), studied fine arts and interactive television at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bremen (1991–1996). Among other things, he is a co-founder of the f18 institute (1996), KUD Obrat (2006, Ljubljana) and Cirkulacije 2 (2007, Ljubljana).
