The use of technology through the cooperation of art and science offers new possibilities and opportunities: the konS network has been active since the second half of 2019 and our goal is to map, research and present, and above all to bring this crossroads of these – different, sometimes conflicting – forces: science, arts and technology.
The konS modul in Velenje stems from a common desire: to work “with locals for locals” in the local space and to highlight world-class artists within these synergies – especially the lecture by Maja Smrekar -, to present art productions created under the konS platform, and to highlight other projects that touch on this field and with which we want to present the breadth of contemporary research arts to different audiences.
