Nataša Berk (1978) is an ironic-provocative avant-garde artist of existentialism with a noticeable abstract instinct. Working in various genres, with no limitations, she acts in many types of art and contemporary culture. The view is wide open and spontaneous. The sharpness of thoughts is hidden behind the humour and naivety of the child’s perception of the world. An important part of her artistic expression is also performance, especially conceptual performance of thought, where she often transcends her personality boundaries. Berkova studied and earned her master’s degree at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts in 2005 (Akademie der Bildenden Künste). As a citizen of this world, she lives and works everywhere.

The series of visual evenings #drugiVJponedeljek brings creative interventions of moving images into the public space through a regular art program, developing and establishing an audio-visual community and a network of local, regional, national and international authors. Every second Monday of the month, the Cultural Incubator will host VJ artists or an artist who presents her/his work to visitors and thus contributes to the content revitalization of Koroška Street in Maribor.
