Mentoring Training

We invite you to attend training for future mentors, researchers and creators for workshops , where art, biotechnology, robotics, electronics, programming and other attractive practices intersect.

At the training you will get acquainted with contemporary research art and various aspects and roles of art in innovation practices. You will learn how to effectively use new technologies and acquired knowledge and connect different fields (mathematics and biotechnology, etc.). You will encounter projects that critically adress the society and time in which we live, you will gain ideas that you will be able to use in activities in which you will be involved in the future, or in the field of education, artistic work or your own career visions. You will become part of a creative team and meet experts from various scientific fields. You will acquire practical knowledge and use of various technologies such as 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC, get the opportunity to see the processes of radical art that inspires the most innovative technological applications, learn to find solutions. During the practical work you will acquired many competencies such as creativity, vision, evaluation of ideas, learning through experience, ethical and sustainable thinking, planning and leadership, taking initiative, dealing with uncertainty and others.

Along with this, you will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the principles and approaches of non-formal education, through which you will be able to share your knowledge, skills, innovative practices and ideas with children, young people and interested public. At the end of the training, you will receive a certificate for the successful sharing of acquired knowledge and skills.

We work with a mission of inspiring children and young people to think outside the box and in playful creation; in encouraging creative energy of artists, scientists, engineers and other visionaries, who exhibit their projects in galleries for contemporary research arts. Our mission is also to encourage public debate to reflect on opportunities and also dangers, that may exist if we do not understand modern technologies.
